Function to do standing simulation with angle tracking.

This function tracks data to simulate a motion without periodicity.

Parameters

workDirectory	String: Current work directory
subject	String: Name of subject (e.g. Participant_02)
motion	String: Name of motion (e.g. straightslowrunning)
trial	String: Name of triak (e.g. trial0025)
